As the name implies, you can find the cottages on a picturesque rock bluff overlooking the heart of Historic Downtown Eureka Springs.  No matter the season, each cottage provides gorgeous surroundings and stunning views, perfect for photos or simple enjoyment.

Featuring quiet opulence in private, spacious rooms, you will arrive to find your choice of complimentary chilled white wine or Champagne in your refrigerator.  Each room offers relaxation on your private porch or balcony, even as your two-person indoor Jacuzzi whirlpool tub calls your name for a soak before you retire to your king or queen bed.

In the morning, enjoy your gourmet breakfast, delivered right to your suite. Or in the case of Oscar Wilde’s Cottage and Zelda’s Studio, you can prepare breakfast to your liking in your fully- equipped kitchen or walk a few steps down to a number of wonderful local bistros for breakfast.  Make sure to take advantage of your accommodation’s complimentary beverage bar, complete with hot chocolate, sodas, imported coffees and teas.

All suites come equipped with cable TV and VCR and most have DVDs for watching any of the inn’s 100+ movie library.  Wi-Fi is available to most suites and at The Place Next Door.  Some suites also offer fireplaces and CD players.  All suites have private bathrooms with Jacuzzis and showers and the Alfred, Lord Tennyson Suite features a two-person outdoor shower tucked into the rock bluff, available April to end October.

The Artist’s Cottage and Oscar Wilde’s Cottage are strictly for two non-smoking guests.  For the other properties, please note that smoking is not allowed inside but each suite has its own private balcony or porch for smoking outside.  Pets are not permitted at any of the properties.

Nightly rates for suites and the stand-alone cottage and studio vary depending on season, day of week, holidays and special event/festivals.
