Tickets are on sale right now for the 66th Annual Original Ozark Folk Festival, held annually since 1948. The festival takes place on October 23-27 in beautiful Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The Original Ozark Folk Festival will feature the Barefoot Ball, Queen’s Contest, a parade, arts; crafts exhibitions, free music in Basin Spring Park and as the main show, the festival will host the internationally acclaimed WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour in the historic Eureka Springs City Auditorium.

WoodSongs will be taping two shows for airing to listeners and viewers on over 500 radio stations around the world (including KUAF in Fayetteville, Arkansas), the Armed Forces Radio Network, Blue Highways TV Network and Public TV stations nationwide with over 2 million listeners/viewers every week. WoodSongs is produced by an all-volunteer crew that has recorded over 700 shows since WoodSongs began in 1999. The TV show is carried on the Public Broadcasting System, with each show airing twice.

In addition to the WoodSongs taping, the music, poetry, stories and art of the Ozarks will be featured throughout the weekend. Bands, musicians, singer-songwriters, poets, artists and crafters have been encouraged to submit samples of their music or art for consideration and the best will be seen and heard throughout this fun-filled weekend.

Tickets for reserve seating range from $35 to $75 (all fees included), and will be available at the City Aud (the Auditorium as well as at other locations around the town.
