CH Smith, Innkeeper / Chef at Cliff Cottage Inn,
Springs, was recently a featured "Chef of the Month" on
CBS- affiliate KFSM TV 5.
The station's popular cooking show featured recognized chefs
from the area and was televised live from the Northwest
Arkansas Mall, Fayetteville, where Arkansas Western Gas
Co. had installed a state-of-the-art kitchen for the event.
